✦ How It Works: A Example

You purchased a ring originally priced at $588, and used a 15% discount. Your final item price before tax was $500. Now, you’d like to purchase a necklace listed at $1000 or more.

You send the ring back, and we issue a $500 credit—applied directly to your new piece, even if it’s part of a current promotion. At checkout, you simply pay the difference.

• Must be complete and undamaged—no missing parts or significant alterations
• Credit is based on your order receipt: pre-tax price, after any discounts
• Trade-in available to original purchasers only; codes are non-transferable
• Partial trade-ins are not accepted (e.g. just the enhancer or one earrings of a pair)
