We offer free returns within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. If you would like to return your piece due to fit, style, or other concerns, you may contact us to begin a return.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing. Please include the original packaging and any accompanying materials when sending your piece back.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kaifinejewelry.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please package the item securely before sending it back. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to help protect the jewelry in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges when possible. If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size, color, style, or another item, please contact us within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
