We accept free U.S. domestic returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as the item is received at our facility within 21 days.

To start a return, email us at sales@kaifinejewelry.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label upon approval. Refunds will be issued only after return authorization.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you’d like to make an exchange, please initiate a return and indicate your request to exchange. Once we receive your item, we'll promptly dispatch the new item to you. Please note that differences in product prices may apply.
