Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your Kai Fine Jewelry piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. If your piece isn’t quite right for you, please contact us to begin a return.

In-stock pieces: Complimentary returns and exchanges.
Made-to-order pieces: Complimentary exchanges. A $95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing. Please include the original packaging and any accompanying materials when sending your piece back.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@kaifinejewelry.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Please package your piece securely before sending it back. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to help protect the jewelry in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For made-to-order pieces, the applicable $95 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size, metal color, style, or another item, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Exchanges are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
