We accept returns only for new, unopened items. Final sale items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, custom orders, perishable supplies, clearance items, and opened personal hygiene kits.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@kaifinejewelry.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 4 days of delivery.
